EventPing ("we," "us," or "our") operates the EventPing platform, including the website at eventping.site, the EventPing API, and the EventPing mobile and desktop applications (collectively, the "Service"). • API Keys & Notification Content: Data you transmit through the API, including notification titles, bodies, and metadata.

• Device Tokens: Apple Push Notification service (APNs) device tokens necessary to deliver notifications to your devices.
• Device Information: Device name, model, operating system, and app version for device management.
• Usage Data: API call logs, notification delivery status, timestamps, and performance metrics.
• Analytics: Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics to improve the Service.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Deliver push notifications to your registered devices via APNs.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send transactional emails (account verification, OTP codes, billing receipts).
• Monitor and enforce usage limits based on your subscription plan.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with:

• Stripe: For payment processing.
• Apple (APNs): Device tokens are transmitted to Apple to deliver push notifications.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Notification logs are retained for up to 90 days. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, and strict access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
